The Fold'n Stitch wreath is a simple easy design that can be created in an afternoon. It can either hang up or sit pretty on a table. Make it for any holiday you choose.

Are you ready to start a new, fun, rewarding hobby? In this 2-session class you will learn how to make basic quilt blocks while learning about fabric selection, accurate rotary cutting, machine piecing, and basic techniques. Although previous sewing experience is not required, please familiarize yourself with and practice operating your machine before coming to class. This class meets a second time on October 19.

Learn several basic embroidery stitches and good-to-know information that the pattern or kit may leave out! If you have a project that you have been wanting to start, but have questions, bring it with you and you will be well on your way to creating a beautiful embroidery piece for your home.

Make a circle quilt with a simple bargello technique using the Ten Degree Wedge Ruler. With rotary cutting and strip piecing it is easier than you think. Barb will get you excited about this unique quilt for a wall hanging, table topper, or baby quilt.

Continue working with Kathy on this quilt with plenty of applique to satisfy your love of hand stitching. Look for her beautiful sample displayed in the shop. The remainder of the year will be filled with good fellowship, lots of applique, and great discussions as usual. Applique experience recommended as this project is not for the beginner. Class meets on Sept. 11, Oct. 9, Nov. 13, & Dec. 11.

Wool applique is a quick way to make decorative items for gifts and your home. Have fun stitching a small wool project that will make you want to do more! Using a Granny's Legacy Table Tot pattern, you will learn the basics of working with wool. We will also discuss needles, threads, stitches, and embellishments.

Join Lisa Clark for lessons in hand embroidery and wool applique on the third Monday of every month, beginning January 16th, 2017. As a member of this twelve-month program created by Amy McClellan, you'll receive fifteen motif designs each month--a total of 180 designs!--to be appliqued onto wool hexagons. Get creative and embellish your hexagons using the embroidery skills you will learn in each session. You'll also receive two hexagon rulers, a monthly project pattern for putting your embroidered hexagons to use, monthly stitching guides, and a recipe to try at home.

We'll be making Soft Blocks from the book Winsome Baby in October; and in December the Self-Binding Receiving Blanket with Shannon Cuddle and Embrace double gauze. Club Fee $12 for each session

We're joining with ByAnnie to bring you a monthly pattern series based on the theme "Let's Get Organized!" Not only will you have useful projects to organize your home, work space, and car, but you'll learn useful skills and techniques to increase your sewing skill repertoire. Learn how to make your own bias binding, create zippers of any length by adding zipper pulls to zipper tape, cover strapping with fabric to coordinate with your projects, sew with vinyl, make mesh pockets, and so much more!

Learn how to make a simple sundress for girls ages 1-12. Dress a Girl is a not-for-profit organization that donates these dresses to orphanages in third-world countries. Join us as we make these sundresses for beautiful little girls in Haiti, Guatemala, Ecuador, or Africa.

Feedsack Club meets Wednesdays four times a year. Join us to learn more about recreating the vintage-looking quilts that our mothers and grandmothers made. Jeanne will share her expertise in vintage quilts at each gathering with a trunk show of new samples, new ideas, tips and techniques, handouts, show-and-tell, and a good time.
