Winter Friends Bench Pillow is 38" x 16".  The kit includes fabric needed to complete the pillow top. Buttons also included.  Also needed are 18" x 40" for pillow front backing (such as muslin) and 18" x 40" batting for quilting the pillow front. 2/3 yard is needed for the pillow back; fusible web for applique; template material if you use that for applique; and black embroidery floss.  Pattern is in Bench Pillows for All Seasons from Annie's Quilting (sold separately).
The pillow covers uses a 38" x 16" pillow form. 
The pattern calls for 3 (1/2" covered buttons, but we did his "tummy buttons" in applique.
